If you have been in Telextreme for at least some time, and you have come to a complete stop after getting confused with all the ebooks and tips and tricks out there, let me help you by sharing what I discovered. The Telextreme business model is “Internet Based Network Marketing”. That’s really important, so let me say it again:

Ok, now…. there are many types of business models on the internet, and let me explain in brief:

1) Affiliate Programs

Affiliate programs are impersonal, fully Internet based opportunities. The main criteria in affiliate programs is that you have your own website, and on your website you promote someone else’s products or services for a commission. You are provided with a unique ‘affiliate id’ that tracks all your commissions. Affiliate programs usually pay you:

1. First evel commissions on sales you make
2. Second-tier commissions on sales made by affiliates

Affiliate programs will never pay you more than 2 tiers, which means that the income is limited. Typically affiliate programs tend to be impersonal and sales oriented. Although it’s mentioned on several official Telextreme literature, Telextreme is NOT to be treated as an affiliate program. It’s much more.

2) Direct Response / Direct Marketing

This the the business model that most Internet gurus and e-book sellers follow. They typically sell one product on one website, with nothing but a long ’sales letter’ to push their product. Again, the Telextreme business opportunity is NOT a direct sales type of business. In a direct sales type of business, the communication is one-way and impersonal, and the main focus here is to convince people to buy on-the-spot. Direct response marketers can afford to do massive advertising because they are not really interested in making money on the sale itself. They make money on back-end selling, be recommendingother products and services to their existing customers.

They can do this because they sell digital products where the cost is almost ZERO and the margins are very high. With this high margin they can afford to bribe others into becoming their affiliates and doing the work for them. Telextreme is an Internet Based Network Marketing business, where the margin on each sale tend to be much lower than e-books and digital products. Therefore, don’t focus on using paid ads and PPC to sell the products, as you’re most likely to end up at a loss. Besides, even if you get a customer and make a profit out of it, where is the relationship between the both of you? None whatsoever. The next day he’s probably buy from someone else.

3) Internet Marketing Internet marketing is basically just using the Internet as a marketing channel. It’s the same stuff applied to a new environment, ie the Internet. If you focus on Internet Marketing, you’ll end up building websites and more website (like I did once) without focusing on what’s really important : the people! You’ll need the Internet marketing tools and strategies, but you’ll need to apply it to the Telextreme business model.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT IN TELEXTREME, REALLY?

Thats easy for you now, I hope, especially after all the points I made above. Here’s what’s really important if you want to make it big, or at least earn money in Telextreme:

1. Connecting with your affiliates and building relationships
2. Teaching them how to get started
3. Helping them overcome their problems
4. Teaching them how to teach others
5. Keep it simple

I know I am guilty of having many websites myself, but that’s because I always had the ‘affiliate program’ mentality. Just build a superb website, get a lot of traffic, and I’ll make money and be rich. It doesn’t work that way with Telextreme.

Of course, you can learn something from affiliate marketers and direct response marketers. But remember, yours is a different business model. We (you and me) can beat affiliate marketers and direct response gurus simple (in terms of money and fun) because when done correctly, the Telextreme home business allows you to help others and teach them to duplicate your efforts.

When done correctly, the Telextreme business allows you to multiply your income much faster than other business models.

DOING IT RIGHT

To do it right, follow this pattern:

Get leads > Turn them Into Affiliates > Help them get started > Help them get leads > Teach them to turn those leads into affiliates > Teach them to teach their affiliates

Thats it. No need to buy all sorts of Internet marketing ebooks and waste your money. If you want to invest in knowledge, but network marketing ebooks or books, since they apply more to you than all those ebooks out there.

Want to build your own website? No problem! But do it after you have built a team for yourself.

If you focus on building websites, more websites, autoresponders and more of the Internet hype you’re not going to be getting anywhere in at least 6 months while you set all those things up. If you’re fine with not making any money the first 6 months, then by all means go ahead.

Stick to the websites given by Telextreme. If you want to personalize it because the URL is to difficult to remember or mention to others, just get your own domain name and redirect it to the Telextreme website. If you want a higher level prospecting system just go with the proven ones like NetMarkPro and you’ll have it easier.

Your focus should be on calling your new affiliates, and making a connection. Remember that we are now in an ‘intermediary stage’ of the Internet revolution and most people cannot handle 100% communication by email only.

Build a global network marketing business. Stop hiding behind the PC and pretend
that it’s going to do all the work for you, cos IT WONT. Stop being obsessed by sponsoring more and more affiliates every month. You should focus on sponsoring a few, and follow-ups as well as training for the serious ones.
