as for me the best is to ask question in regards to the search keywords. i.e: when I provide solution for stop smoking, the title and the description of my PPC ad will be; Do you want to stop smoking within 38 minute?

and the rest of the description space I will write my URL. This URL is simple, short, attractive & easy to remember.

as a result; I manage to increase quality click through, higher conversion rate, lesser PPC spending.
